This vintage Christmas wreath with 4 red foil bells hanging on silver beads still has the original paper tag that is marked: Made in Japan. Immediately after the war, 1940-1949, Japan once again exported silver and red foil covered cardboard bells often strung strung from silver beads according to my Christmas Through The Decades Book by Robert Brenner.
