The one piece design includes the control board and operator arm all in one unit, and the FM350 is very easy for DIYers to install. Comes with a detailed installation manual and installation DVD. The FM350 is DC powered and plugs into any 120V AC / 60Hz outlet using the included 18 V AC transformer. This unit is solar compatible, which makes it ideal for rural environments. **The FM350 requires an Automotive or Marine Style Battery and weather-proof case (not included).** Works with all Mighty Mule accessories including gate lock, digital keypad, gate opening sensor and more.
