Two Vintage Hankies. (2 for one price!). Here are two fabulous old hankies. One is likely Victorian era wedding hanky; (the one with the lace surround). This one is 10.25 x 10 inches; has a couple of pin head size faint brown dots on it, and one very teensy tear along a seam, nothing really visually noticeable; just mentioning it because these are old and therefore, not quite perfect, but almost! The lace appears to be hand-done and might be what is called 'appenzell' lace. It is really quite stunning. The other hanky is made of a very fine cotton with white-on-white stitching, (Madiera?); and it also appears to be hand done. It is almost perfect and is 11.5 x 11.5 inches.
