Product Description

Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator is a penetrating sealer designed for the protection of all medium to dense porous surfaces. Forms a transparent layer strong enough to combat moisture and stains while allowing vapor release. 511 Impregnator does not alter the natural look of the surface following application. Provides water, stain and slip protection for interior and exterior tile and natural stone surfaces. Surfaces treated become harder and less slippery.

Fast Protection - Step by step

clean surface and remove wax and residue

apply stone and tile sealer with mira brush applicator

buff off excess product and do not allow to dry on surface

no more work needed - just let stone and tile dry

1. Prepare Surface

Thoroughly clean surfaces and remove any coatings or residue. For tough build-up, Miracle Sealants Miracle Heavy Duty Cleaner Acid Substitute is recommended.

2. Apply Sealer to Dry Surface

In a well ventilated area, use either Miracle Sealant Mira Brush applicator or a clean, lint-free cloth to apply enough sealer to wet the surface. Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes for full penetration.

3. Wipe Excess and Buff

After no more than 5 minutes, remove excess liquid and buff surface with a lint-free cloth. Do not allow sealer to dry on the surface.

Allow to Cure

Allow to dry 3-5 hours, until dry to the touch, before light foot traffic. For best results, keep treated areas dry and free from staining agents for 72 hours.

before and after sealing surfaces, water beading instead of absorbed into stone

Protection You Can See

Tile, brick and stone are porous, meaning that they have tiny holes and ridges on their surfaces. Over time these ridges can retain moisture, leading to damage, or make it difficult to fully remove stains. The 511 Impregnator seals off these pores and creates a protective barrier that ensures the lasting beauty of counters, floors and more.

I was so intimidated at the thought of after spending thousands of dollars on my custom granite countertop. That I would have to seal the countertop myself, but I did not want to spend the money to have someone else to do it. I researched and I read products instructions thoroughly. It is the best decision I made besides buying the countertop that I bought. This product was super easy to put on. I applied two coats and let it dry an hour and a half in between the first and second coat and it beaded up perfectly. See picture. I highly recommend this product. 3-17-2024

I regrouted my entire bathroom and sealed all tiling and the tub porcelain which was old, porous and constantly staining. I did a second coat for the floor and shower/tub area. It was not as odorous as I expected, but u should open windows and wear glove. Easy to apply with foam brush and wipe down with towel/microfiber. Water beads up and squeegees away. The tub is now water repellent, as if I did an epoxy finish--excellent results!

Perfectly sealed my new shower's 12" x 24" matte porcelain tiles. The sealer doesn't leave any residue or shine, which is exactly what I was looking for. The sealer smell isn't a concern... it's a sealer, so going to smell, but it only smells for a few hours after application and then the odor is completely gone. Not an issue at all. Great sealer!

I had bought a spray on sealer for my marble vanity that did not seem to work at all. The marble got etch marks from our water. I found another product to remove the marks and then sealed the marble again using this product and we have not gotten any more etch marks from our water. Very happy with this product.

Easy to apply, quick to dry.
Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2020
There are many reviews here but unless you understand what they are trying to seal the review is of only marginal value.
My project.... 200 sf kitchen... light toned marbled colored porcelain tile with raw or a matte like finish... grout is a matching light earth tone cement based sanded grout.... tile gap around 1/2". last sealed 10 yrs ago with a water based sealer.
Sealer was applied using a plastic squeeze bottle with a pointed tip... filling the grout groove completly...
1st coat... some soaked in completely, other spots were still standing after about an hour... then lightly wiped the floor with a clean rag to soak up a bit of the standing sealer... then let dry for 8 to 10 hours...
Note... odor was noticable but not bad... opened windows 70F outside temp... very livable for me... others may disagree... a small bathroom would be different.
Matte/stone like finish of the tile created no streaking problems... first coat i was careful to wipe the tile to make sure there was an even "look" to the way i wiped down the tile.... later coats I wasn't as careful... there were no streaking problems... but the tile was a matte stone like finish.
2nd coat... applied in a similar manner but I was much sloppier with excess sealer filling the grout grooves and much sealer "slopping" over onto the tile... 2nd coat didn't soak in as much and after 2 hours I wiped the floor down with a rag (not dry, the floor was wet when I finished but no standing sealer anywhere)
Note... there was significant darkening of the grout just after application but it dried to it's natural color after 8 hours or so.
Note... I wasn't stingy with the application... mostly flooding the grout grooves to get a good deep penetration then wiping up the excess after several hours.
3rd coat same as second... then letting the floor dry for several days before planning major activity or usage...

My advice....Probably for everyone who is using this product the MAJOR part of the effort is the cleaning and scrubbing of the grout lines all prior to the sealing effort... that's why I picked a sealer that will last longer than the cheaper waterbased systems. apply it liberally and let it soak in.... it may cost you an extra quart but you will get a good seal.
