Having an electric tankless water heater at home is a great energy retrofit. Based on my personal experience, an electric tankless water heater is very energy efficient as shown on my electric bill since I used this electric tankless water heater.

Our house was built 4 yrs ago with a 4' crawl space and heating with Geo Thermal. Our problem is that our laminate floors are cold. Should we install floor heat? Do we have to remove the laminate to do this?
Thanks
