Always be certain that any <a href="http://www.hanneganremodeling.com/basement-remodeling.html" rel="nofollow">basement remodeling</a> contractor has the proper permits. I have seen this many times in my over 15 years in the remodeling industry create huge problems. Anyhow, just my two cents!
