I love to decorate with old things! The key to recycling vintage items is thinking about how to use them for something other than their intended use, and then changing the way they look. Old doors are such a fantastic way to add character to a room. In particular, they make for the perfect inexpensive headboards.
Maria Carr from Dream Whites used these rustic doors as the headboard for her bedroom, and the decorating result is so gorgeous! Love the contrast of white with the 'chippy' doors.
