Drying Hydrangeas
By Our Lake Life on Oct 04, 2012
Recently I came across this post on drying hydrangeas and I suddenly remember bouquets of giant hydrangea blooms that my mom would bring in at the end of summer and let sit in a vase of water. Now I don’t know if she did it on purpose but she always did the same thing. She would leave them in a vase of water and over time the hydrangeas would turn into a perfectly dried arrangement right there in the middle of the dining room table.

A few days ago I clipped my own bundle of hydrangeas. They’re drying beautifully and should last for many weeks to come.
