I Heart Casters: Adding Wheels to Furniture

I adore old trunks and boxes and think they make great coffee tables. Reorganizing our living room this weekend, I pulled out this wood trunk from the basement to use as a coffee table. The size was great, but it was a bit too low. So the answer… casters! My hubby helped me attach these great Home Depot casters to the bottom of the trunk, and now it’s perfect!
I often use casters on vintage boxes for great rolling storage. Happy Christmas Eve for those of you celebrating Christmas!
I moved the coffee table that was here into another part of the room. The new arrangement works great!
