We bought a house built in 1925 with an exterior 2nd floor balcony. It currently has a tin roof that leaks onto the porch below. We'd like to make this a balcony we can utilize. Any suggestions for a material that can withstand weather and that is sturdy enough to hold a table, chairs and the weight of a few people?
