What's a ball-park price to diy finish this attic to code in Massachusetts? We need to bring up electricity for one plug (a pro can do this), add baseboard heat, insulate walls, dry-wall, and paint. There is already a staircase, wood floors and a window. We don't want anything fancy - no new windows, no lighting fixtures, no storage, no patching in to heating system, no a/c. This needs to happen super super cheap. Thanks!
