I soon to own a 1950 ranch with full basement home. Finished basement that has mositure problems thus summer mold and mildow smell. Things I know, concrete block foundation, no insulation just stud wall and finished drywall. removed drywall in the bathroom where there is a window and visible cracks in block soldier mortor. Ive graded around the house to deterr the water. I run to dehumidifiers that just cant keep up during the day.

need advice nicely finished basement but with problems. thanks for any advice..
