So, if a contractor came over and proposed to glue the tile, you would consider that repaired? Unfortuanately the tiles need to be matched and replaced. I assume this is a floor and the tile has cracked the full depth of the tile. If there is a flake broken off the top, I have seen contact cement used to adhere it, but its hardly invisible.
