Is it wise to install Tyvek over Fanfold Siding Underlayment? Will be installing Cedar Siding over this.

Yes. These cold air infiltration barriers are made of spun olefin and are a good idea in new construction or remodeling, especially when using a traditional sidewall like cedar clapboards or shingles.
