We have an American Standard Cadenza Elite 6060E series whirlpool and the drain flap has disconnected itself from the mechanism so when we try to use the round controller to open or close it it is not working so we have to use sharp knife to pry the drain flap to open to drain the water. Is there an easy way to fix it? I would appreciate your input on this. Thank you.
