Bob in your opinion was is the best window replacement? Wood
vinyl or composite. We live in the chicagoland area and have extreme weather in winter and summer. Thank you

I like an aluminum clad wood window best but I had a good experience with some fiberglass sash awning windows a few years back in a cold and windy place (Cape Cod).
