I am going to retile my master shower. It is currently tiled and in excellent condition, I just want to change the colors. The shower pan was replaced about 5 or 6 years ago because of a leak. I want to know how to start this project. Can I just take down the old tile off the walls and floor and reinstall new tile? Is there something I need to know before I just remove the tile on the floor and reinstall new tile? Currently there is 4 inch tile on the floor and 6 inch tile on the walls. I plan to put 2 inch on the floor and 6 and 12 inch on the walls. I am nervous about just removing the old tile on the floor and putting new tile down. Do I have to re do the entire shower pan? Or can I just remove the old tile and put new tile down? Please help...
