Bob -- Do you have any advice on how to update my countertops without having to replace them. I'm an emptynester and would love to update them, but am afraid of having to take out the sink to do that. I have seen them paint countertops to update. What are your feelings on those products and would like some advice from you on how I can update without having to take out my sink.

Also, can I retile over existing backsplash tile?
