we have a home that is 1 year old and just had a inspector do a 1year inspection and he found that water has gotten behind the T1-11 siding and it is got one spot that is warping he says it needs to be replaced due to possible water damage the builder says sealing it and painting it is all that needs to be done.We live in washington and have had record rain this year so alot of water has gotten behind it, at times you could see it pouring out from behind onto the foundation. Any one know if we should fight them on this we have found others in our new devolpement with the same problem. Thank you for any help.
