I want to replace the drainpipe coming out of the wall, but don't know what I can use to do this. I think the pipes are cast iron. A plumber replaced the pipe from the over tub near the washer with a rubber gasket then screwed over it, see attached pics, what is the rubber gasket called so I can purchase this

The pipe your showing looks like it is caulked (lead) into a tee which is more common on venting then a drain line
