The canes have ripped apart in both chairs...i would like to keep them, but not by replacing the canes...I got this suggestion from an Australian furniture that sent me pictures of what they call plywood seating with drilled holes made of star pattern. Does any carpenter here know what they are talking about? I would like to replace the seatings with batted stuffing to make it more comfortable.
