Last year we patched a leak in our tar and gravel roof. It hasn't leaked since. Our problem is that the ceiling is tongue and grove cedar and has developed a leak. It has not rained in weeks and it appears there must be water trapped somewhere between the roof and the wood ceiling before the repair. It has a couple of small drips but seems to happen on hot days. We are planning to have the roof replaced with a membrane roof, but how do we found and fix the drips in the ceiling without having to pull the whole ceiling down? There is no attic space.
Any suggestions???

The top of the roof is dry and it hasn't rained in weeks. It is trapped in the ceiling somewhere. How do find it is the question? We can see a couple of drops but we don't know how big of a problem it is. Any suggestion, on how to find and repair without having to take all of the ceiling down
Could it be condensation? Are there any HVAC ducts in the ceiling.

We are waiting for a quote from some roofers but are concerned that even when we get the roof replaced we will still have the problem.
