My electrical bills are way higher than those of my energy hog neighbors .I lodged a complaint and my Electric company's latest request is that I figure out if a neighbor's baseboards/water heater are connected to my panel.When I switch off at the breaker the meter stops but they claim that if the wiring is badly done I may also be shutting off power to my neighbor and just not be told about it.Please help.
