I have a sewer cleanout in garage and would like to put a bathroom in using sewer cleanout for toilet drain. Does it need a vent? If it does I have access under crawl space to dig out under cement floor to put a vent in. If I need to clean out sewer later I figure it will only cost me a wax ring to replace.
