Bob, or anyone else, can you tell me the effectiveness of the radiant roof barrier Tech Shield for the Houston area. Does it potentially save enough electricity cost with it's promotion of reducing heat in the attic to offset the cost of installing? If so, what would be a fair monthly or yearly savings on electricity?
