Hello, I am new to the forum and have a question about my Honeywell Thermostat that has a cool setting. We just moved into this relatively new 4 plex (built over a year ago)a couple of months ago, and I was wondering just how you set it for cool air? I have been trying to put it at the lowest setting possible (50 degrees F), and it blows warm air even still with the fan on auto! I am not exactly sure which model the thermostat is, it just says Honeywell on the front of it. I have attached a picture of it. Do we have to have the setting to 50 degrees on the cool setting and then have the fan on as well like we have in the picture instead of the fan on auto? We just tried the fan on and cool air setting together just now if you are wondering why it says 84 degrees in the pic lol! It gets very hot at night unless the windows are open! Also is the cool setting basically supposed to be like an air conditioner? Thank you for taking the time to read this and looking forward to hearing some input on this matter!

Either way if it's set to the cooling mode cool air should be flowing if air conditioning is installed and working properly.
