Yes my screen door over the years has developed a 1/4 inch gap. Is their an easy way to bring the door so the cold air does not come in for the winter?
Sounds like your house settled a bit. Not an easy way but you can remove the door, reshim and put it back in. We're facing the same issue and have chosen to ignore it until spring, using the lock to keep it sealed closed.
