We have one last bathroom to do. It's the 70's white 4x4 tile and the previous owners caulked over the mildew rather than removing it. It's a small full bath with just enough room for a small vanity (with just a sink, no real counter), toilet and bathtub/shower. We updated it once with new fixtures but with an impending sale, we know that that grout is going to hurt trying to sell the house.

What color would you suggest? White, grey or beige? Would you go with a paint that YOU would like or stay neutral?

White would look very nice I think
