I live in a cape built in 1948. The previous owner had the electrical run into the attic so the junction boxes are there already. A wooden floor is also already in place. Currently the insulation is lying on the floor. I would like to convert the attic to usable living space. I would like suggestions on which books you would recommend reading before starting and using as a guide throughout the process. If you have any other tips, advice, or warnings I would appreciate them. Thank you in advance.
