We are having to add to the existing insulation in our attic because it was not insulated properly when built. We already know all about the R values, but we are not really sure how to go about it. Where do we need to put it, what about ventilation, etc. We live in central Florida and our upstairs is unbearable in the summer even with the air going full blast. Any help would be MUCH appreciated! What we really need is a "How to insulate your attic" book! Amy
