Bvbasement
I am purchasing a old home where the basement is wet looking and moist. This place must have some sort of water leakage cause the people that lived there has some sort of a sub-pump into the the floor of the basement. I really want to remodel the basement and put some sort of a wall and flooring in their to make it brighter and much more nicer. The walls are stone. Is there anyway that I can seal up the water leakage by putting up a wall or what? Someone told me that there is a paint that you can put on the walls to help the leaking decrease or even stop. Please give me some advise. I am a first time homeowner so I am kinda new at this. Thanks!
