I have a crawl space that is about a foot tall not sure if you even call this a crawl space. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can insulate it?

- insulating a small crawlspace
Assuming you have access - you can do a few alternatives. 1. crawl under and put fiberglass in the floor joists but that will be miserable to do. 2. line the sides and crawlspace floor with plastic and lay fiberglass which is less miserable to do. 3. hire someone to do 1 or 2 4. hire a foam contractor to spray foam 5. dig down around the exterior and install rigid foam insulation on the outside of the foundation and walls which is the most miserable thing to do. I have done #2 in a 2 or 3 foot crawlspace and #5 on a slab. I would do #2 or #4.
