I purchased a 52 year old raised all brick
ranch with a full unfinished basement. As cooler weather(below 50 degrees)I began to notice moisture bleeding thru my new paint job where the outer walls meet the ceiling.
I suspected poor insulation to be the problem and purchased and installed r-30 craftb faced batts for entire attic. This after time seemed to worsen the condition.
i have several theories on the cause but cant pinpoint which direction to take.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
