I have noticed that when it rains a lot im getting puddles of water in my basement floor. The whole basement doesnt get puddles but only along cracks that are on the floor do i get puddles. I notice bubbles coming from the cracks. Within two days the puddles are gone. Im guessing the water goes back down into the cracks.. How do i stop water from coming up into my basement? I want to waterproof it so i can finish it..
