My basement is 30% concrete floors (20 years old), 40% brick flooring (covered by plaster or concrete-like substance) and 30% dirt (dry and coated lightly with lime). Should this be of any concern? The basement is quite dry and remains so year-round. I don't at this time plan to use it for anything other than storage and locating the furnace/water heater/main electric box.
