you need to scrape the mold off into plastic bags. clean the area free of the mold and vacuum it with a hepa filtered vacuum. once that is done, you can buy "microban" and spray the area to kill any remaining mold. You can even go so far as to paint with Fausters afterward to limit regrowth in the future. good luck.

Bleach is the best thing to completely kill mold. It is the active ingredient in all the Tilex-type mildew products .

What company makes Fausters?
I did a google search and didn't find anything.
It is just a paint that has some kind of chemical in it that kills mold?
