Purchased washer in Sept 2012. Non wrinkle clothes started to wrinkle and ironing could hardly get wrinkles out. Following recommended settings. Did experiment with new non wrinkle pants, only loaded 2 pants and 2 shirts, came out severely wrinkled at recommended settings. Spoke with Maytag and all they can offer is "use the recommended settings". Well, it is ruining our clothes and Maytag is not willing to refund the purchase or exchange for a different model.
