I have an older craftsman belt sander model 315.11720 that is no longer working right. The motor runs but the wheels on the bottom do not turn so the sandpaper does not move. Does anyone know where I can get a manual for this sander or does anyone know what may be wrong with it and is it fixable? I really like it and hate to get rid of it. Any suggestions?
