I live in Biloxi, Ms. where of course Hurricane Katrina struck. I like almost anyone here lost everything. The building code here changed. I have some property that is in a flood zone and I will have to build up at least 8ft. but I will probably go up 10ft. just to be a little on the safe side. Can these structures be built up on stilts? Also, where can I find these structure in my area?

that in larger cieits like Winnipeg they are monitored 24/7..However in Steinbach or in Labroquerie, where I am , if there is no one on Watch, there will be no notices sent Do our Storm Watchers work M-F 9-5 or do we have staff 24/7 I also notice that Steinbach Online on weekends rarely updates the weather and at times says its raining for 12 hours and we had not a drop .So I guess you get my message Is my radio only going to provide what it should, on rare occasions?? Can you clarify this for me please
