I am looking for a product that will seal my basement ceiling between the joists to stop dust from coming up to the first floor from between the hardwood planks. I am having a major dust issue in the house. I replaced the entire HVAC duct work and added a 25"x16"4" honeywell filter. The entire system is hard ducted, suppy and returns, no panning. This is my last attempt since I have no other idea when the excessive dust comes from.

Any imput would be helpful.
