I am in the process of beginning to finish half of my basement. My basement is 50ft. wide and I am going to do 25ft. of it.
I have decided on the Dricore to save headroom. Installing the Dricore around the walls is no problem. My problem/question is that I am going to do half of my basement. That only leaves me with three walls and one to be put in right down the middle. I have three support columns and they will be inside of the new dividing wall.
Any suggestions/ideas on how I can put the Dricore down first(I would really like to have the wall on top of the Dricore)? I'm not sure how to go around the posts and also without having much excess Dricore exposed on the backside.
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm assuming Dricore is the flooring. Plastic on bottom and OSB on top.
Concerning your wall with three columns. Why not put the wall on either side of the columns so you don't have to work around them. I'm assuming it will be unfinished on the other side of this. Even if both sides will eventually be finished the columns don't look terrible.
As far as the walls on top of the Dricore. Does the company reccomend this? If they do why couldn't you just snap a chalk line where the wall will be and cut it. You'll have no overhang on the unfinished side and if you ever do finish it you can drywall/panel right down to the floor. Dricore can be cut can't it?

Yep, Dricore is the flooring. I have some of it in and it is awesome. Huge temp difference between the concrete and the subfloor. With carpet and pad over it, it should be very comfortable. Very easy to put in also! I did about 175 sq. ft. in about two and a half hours...by myself.
