I'm doing a small remodel in one of my bathrooms. The walls were wallpapered over paint and plaster. I removed the old wallpaper and some of the glue still remains. Also when i removed the wallpaper some of the old paint pulled off with it. My first question is can I skim coat the walls with some of the glue still on the walls? My next question is the new skim coat going to pull more of the old paint off and seperate from the wall?
