I need some advice on how to clean and seal my basement concrete floor.

My house is 5 years old. The basement floor is dirty in areas from my cats urinating. I need to effectively clean the stains and remove the odor so they stop.

I've found some cleaners but I need something that will do a better job.

Once I have the floor cleaned, I need to find a good sealer that will stand up to daily wear and use. I'm planning to set-up a small workshop once the floor is done.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You might want to look at Grase Lightning. Its pretty good cleaner and degreaser.

As for the sealer, I used some regular concrete sealer that I had left over from my garage. It still holding up for 3 years now. Just didn't want to waste 3/4 of a pail.
