My house has a leaking basement. It is a poured concrete foundation and there is a vertical crack from floor to ceiling. We noticed the crack was leaking, so we had a company waterproof the basement. They injected epoxy in the crack, added drain tile around the house and added a second sump pump. There was a recent rain, and the crack that was injected is leaking worse now than before the injection. The concern I have is that the basement wall could not be treched initially because there is a large concrete porch above it, and digging under it would potentially cause settling issues. THere is a gutter going down under the porch, and I was wonder if this could be causing the water issue? Is there any way to get under the porch to address the water issue under the porch?
