Bvbasement
we've got a basement bachelor apartment with no windows (except for the one in the door) and no vents (because the house has electric heat through baseboard heaters), and we're wondering what the best solution is to get rid of stale air and/or to get the air circulating through the space.

well codes say a bedroom has to have an exit window.

ceiling fan to sir things up. and bathroom exaust fan might you have or is it a damp, smelly place in the bathroom. a bathroom fan running with the door window open a crack will allow air to pull through at the rating cfm's of the fan.doing a air exchange in, say an hour.

Have a Humidex unit installed. If you live in New England, email me for a local contractor. They work, I have one.

Email me with any questions. kingvolcano@aol.com
