Hi Bob,

My son and I bought a foreclosure and run a bed and breakfast on Hatteras Island. We have never had a water pressure issue and the house is 6 years old. Seems well built. We turn water off and drain lines for winter. But, this year, after opening it up in two places we have almost just a trickle of water. This never happened before. We have barely a trickle in the sink in the power room and sink in the lower ( I would say ground floor but the house is elevated pretty high on stilts) bathroom. All the other water pressure built up after a few hours as it should be. Toilets flush and showers in those rooms are fine. What should I check? I can't figure this out. Thank you for your opinion.
