OK, framed the wall, installed insulation and used a vapor barrier...Question, Is there a more interesting way to frame out basement windows than the usual little square boxes we all see....also when attaching a wood nailer to the poured concrete wall should I power shot or drill and molly.....Thanks Tom

If you have a compound miter saw, you could try a picture frame. The trim wood that forms the box through the stud wall bevels out.
