I have an unfinished, studded basement in Atlanta, GA. The basement was studded out by the builder when the house was built about five years ago. The 2x4s that have direct contact with the basement floor appear to be glued down, non-pressure treated wood. Also, I am starting to finish the basement and the contractor nailed some non-pressure treated wood to the floor. Does the wood need to be pressure treated? Is there any product I can use after-the-fact to protect the wood?
Thanks in advance for your help!

By code, any wood in contact with masonry should be rot resistant.
This wood can be treated or a non-treated species that is naturally rot resistant such as cypress, douglas fir, oak, etc...
You may not have treated lumber against the floor but may have another rot resistant lumber.
If not, you should not worry about the bottom plates so long as the basement is otherwise dry.
