i got a problem with my 50 year old house. the front of the house under the steps the cement has been turning to dust and i am not good with cement and i do not want to pay someone a few thousand dollars to fix. is there any type of alternitave that i can use to seal up all the cracks as well i need to put up some type of insulant cause there is a walk-in apartment and its very very cold during the winter
