Bvbasement
Our now deceased cat left his mark on our cement basement floor. We are now finishing our basement, and there is a very offensive cat pee smell coming from the cement floor. We have tried bleach, and other methods but it doesn't work. Is there anything else to do? I'm seeking anyone's advice on how to deal with this stinky situation. Thanks.

Use OdorMute to get rid of the smell:

http://www.odormute.com/odor_content.html

You can find it at any pet store.

Then seal the concrete with a concrete paint or stain.
